As directed by the Director of Higher Education, Government of Assam, vide Letter No. IS/JDC/Jorhat/2026/10486 dated 29.06.2026, it is hereby informed that payments to all beneficiaries under Jibon Prerana and Jibon Anuprerana scheme of Jagannath Barooah University shall henceforth be processed through the Aadhar based DBT FRAMEWORK in compliance with the aforesaid directive. Therefore, all beneficiaries are requested to obtain their Aadhar Cards, if not available, and ensure that the same are linked to their respective bank accounts to ensure uninterrupted continuation of benefits under the said schemes.
