1. Processing Section: 

This section convert purchased books into library resource by processing them according to various library standard such as cataloguing, classification,spine label attachment, entry on Koha ILMS software etc.

2. Lending Section: 

This section is situated in FIRST FLOOR of the Library from where user can borrow books along with them for a period of 14 days (with provision of renewal for another 14 days).

3. Circulation Section:

This section is situated in FIRST FLOOR of the Library along with Lending Section. The K.K.H.Library having a very well equipped circulation desk to provide smooth service towards its user. At present in Circulation section there is four (4) Koha ILMS software installed computer along with barcode scanner. Services offered by Circulation section are as following - Membership registration, Issue/return, Renewal, Issue of Library clearance certificate, NLIST user registration and password delivery, Alert service for overdue, Email service.

5. Technical Section:

The main activities of this section are as following- Maintenance of SOUL server, SOUL database back-up, Maintenance of Library website,Maintenance of Internet resource center, Maintenance of e-resource of the Library

6. Internet Resource Center:

The internet resource center is located at GROUND FLOOR of the library and equipped with 13 nos. of computers and 2 nos. of Printer (One Laser Printer and one Ink jet Printer). This section is mainly used by the users for accessing e-resources such as e-book, e-journals ,database etc.

7. Manuscript Section:

One of the major achievement of K.K.H.Library is its manuscript section situated at ground floor of the library.

8. Periodical Section:

The periodical section is situated in GROUND FLOOR of the library which contains printed journals and magazines.

9. Back Volume Section:

This section is situated in GROUND FLOOR of the library which consist of old bound periodicals.

10. Special Section:

This section is adjacent to the internet resource center. The main objective of this section is to provide service to differently able users

11. News paper Section:

This section is situated at the entrance of the library, here news papers are placed on specially designed stands for readers.
